Not only will you have fun, you will learn about the ideals of Scouting. You will learn about leadership and helping others. You will learn about being a responsible member of your community and your country. You will learn about yourself.
 
If you want to hear and see more about Troop 400, please come and meet with our members and staff at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. We meet about twice a month on Friday nights at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church at 815 East Grace Street, Richmond. Every month there is a two night weekend campout so that Scouts can complete their advancement requirements. We meet from September until Scout camp in early June.
